We are PLM Electrics, an experienced commercial electrical contractors with circa 25 years of exemplary industry operations. We offer our clients the full suite of installation services including Electrical, Data, MATV, CCTV, Access Control, Electrical Compliance and Fire Protection.

Over the course of our operations we have gained invaluable experience across a broad range of sectors; high-rise residential, industrial, aged-care, boutique office fit-outs and even supported temporary facilities servicing complex infrastructure projects.

BUILDING GROUP

PLM Building Group is a building

maintenance division of PLM Electrics.

Our dedicated team are responsible for the upkeep of some of Melbourne's public community hubs. PLM Building Group are fully qualified and are able to deliver on any task required.

EMBRACIA AGED CARE – KYNETON

Comprised of 126 residential aged care beds across four interconnected wings over two levels, as part of a new development in Kyneton, with construction commencing in Q1 2026 and featuring amenities including a café and dining room, private dining space, library, movie theatre, and chapel.

ST JOHNS RISE – BENETAS MOOROOLBARK STAGE 3 & 4

The project commenced in Q3 2025 and features 49 units with 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plan options. Amenities include the already completed clubhouse, offering a dining area, indoor heated pool, gym, café, and hairdresser.
