GSA’s first Melbourne development, consisting of 242 student accommodation rooms, constructed by Infinity Constructions, in 2018. The building is situated in close proximity to both Melbourne University and RMIT, thus catering to the needs of those studying away from home. The building also boasts a heritage red brick facade.
